Information

We offer a 90-day return policy.

Please ensure the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached.

  • The product must be securely repackaged in its original box.

  • Don’t forget to include all accessories that were part of the delivery.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.


How do I make a return?

To request a return label, please email us at:

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA) along with detailed return instructions.

Please include your order number and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package to ensure proper handling.

Note: Some items are non-refundable. This includes opened or used products and gifts.


How do I file a claim (product complaint)?

If you wish to file a claim for a damaged product, please do one of the following:

Include:

  • A photo showing visible damage

  • If the damage is not visible, attach a video or describe the issue clearly in writing

Product claims are free of charge – a return shipping label will be provided by US.


Important to keep in mind:

As a customer, you are required to inspect the product upon receipt.
Please check the item before removing any packaging such as plastic or tags.

 

Subscription Terms

We offers a subscription service for selected cleaning products, with deliveries scheduled on a monthly basis. Customers who choose to subscribe receive a 20% discount on each delivery.

The subscription begins with a regular purchase, which also registers the customer for recurring deliveries. The subscription includes a minimum of two billing cycles, meaning the customer agrees to receive at least one additional delivery following the initial purchase. The subscription may be cancelled at any time after the second delivery by contacting our customer service.

The subscription renews automatically every month, with payment processed at the start of each billing cycle. Customers will be notified via email well in advance of any upcoming charges.


OPEN PURCHASE / EXCHANGE RIGHTS / WARRANTY CLAIMS

We comply with the Distance Selling Act in accordance with the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency.

You have the right to return unused items without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving your order (not valid for custom-made products).
After 14 days, our internal policy offers 90-day return rights for unused items.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace the item with the same product if available.
If the item is no longer in stock, a comparable replacement will be offered.

Please note: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Once your return has been processed and approved, the refund process will begin. This may take up to 10 business days.

As a customer, you are obligated to inspect the product upon delivery and before removing any seals, plastic, or tags.
