General Terms and Conditions

General

Swindo sells products online to private individuals world wide. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid European ID for parcel deliveries. If you are under 18, parental consent is required.

Ordering

Orders are placed via our website. By placing an order, you accept our terms and conditions and consent to the registration of your personal data. A purchase agreement is confirmed only when we send an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of errors. Should any inaccuracies occur, we reserve the right to adjust the order; you always have the right to cancel your order if you do not accept the changes.

Discount codes can only be used per purchase and cannot be combined with other offers. All prices are listed in local currency excluding VAT, and we reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Delivery and Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for orders over a specific amount shown at the shipping policy. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee applies. We cannot guarantee delivery for items not in stock at the time of ordering or for items that have already left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time may be longer than normally stated for the selected shipping method if the carrier causes a delay.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is returned to us due to not being collected within the specified time, we reserve the right to deduct 150 SEK from the refund as an administrative fee for handling return shipping and reprocessing of the order. This applies even if the original shipping was free. The customer is responsible for collecting their package within the time specified by the shipping carrier.

Subscription Terms

Swindo offers a subscription service for selected cleaning products, with deliveries scheduled on a monthly basis. Customers who choose to subscribe receive a 20% discount on each delivery.

The subscription begins with a regular purchase, which also registers the customer for recurring deliveries. The subscription includes a minimum of two billing cycles, meaning the customer agrees to receive at least one additional delivery following the initial purchase. The subscription may be cancelled at any time after the second delivery by contacting our customer service.

The subscription renews automatically every month, with payment processed at the start of each billing cycle. Customers will be notified via email well in advance of any upcoming charges.

Payment Options

Klarna Checkout

After identification and risk assessment, Klarna Checkout presents the payment options available to you. Regardless of the payment method chosen, Klarna or one of Klarna's partners handles the payment transaction, while the purchase of the product or service is made directly between you and Noreli. Product- or service-specific questions should therefore be directed to us.

Payment options offered via Klarna Checkout may include invoice, account credit, card payment, or direct bank payment. Invoice is the default option. For full terms, see Klarna Checkout terms.

Klarna Invoice

With Klarna Invoice, you shop safely and easily. You don't need to provide your card details and always pay after receiving the goods.

  • Always receive the goods before you pay

  • Payment term of 14 days

  • No card information required

  • 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act

  • Invoices can be downloaded from klarna.se

  • Option for installment payments

In case of non-payment, a reminder fee of 50 SEK and a late payment interest of 26% will be added. A credit check may be performed at the time of purchase, which may involve a credit report. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and is used for customer analysis, identification, credit control, and marketing. The personal identification number is used as the customer number.

Klarna Account

Klarna Account is the option for those who want to choose how much to pay each month. In addition to always receiving your goods before you pay, Klarna collects all your purchases on one account, regardless of how many stores you shop in.

  • Always receive the goods before you pay

  • Pay from 50 SEK/month or 1/24 of the total amount

  • No card information required

  • All your purchases are collected on one invoice

  • Shop now, pay at the end of next month

  • Invoice fee of 29 SEK, regardless of the number of purchases

  • Option to pay the full amount at any time

For a purchase of 10,000 SEK, the effective interest rate is 29.22%, and the total credit purchase price is 11,458 SEK with 12 installments of 955 SEK. A credit check may be performed at the time of purchase, and you will then receive a copy of the credit report by mail.

Card Payment

We accept VISA and MasterCard without additional charges. When paying, you provide your card number, card's validity period, and the CVC code found on the back of your card. We use 3D-secure, a security standard developed by VISA and MasterCard, to ensure a secure payment process. The payment is handled through Dibs, which is PCI-certified and follows international security standards. All sensitive information is encrypted, preventing unauthorized access to your payment details.

To facilitate potential additional charges (e.g., additional services), your card details may be securely stored for this purpose. Noreli does not have access to your card details, as these are handled solely by PCI-certified Dibs. The amount is reserved on your account at the time of ordering but is only charged upon delivery of your order.

Discount Codes

By shopping with us, you agree to use only discount codes or coupons provided by us, either through our own marketing or through our official partners and affiliates. It is not permitted to use discount codes or coupons from other sources. You also agree not to exploit technical errors, bugs, or other deviations on our website to your advantage.

Sales/Offers

Sales and offers are valid while supplies last. If an offer does not have a specific end date, it is valid until the stock is depleted. Noreli reserves the right to make partial deliveries in case of stock shortages. During major campaigns, our inventory may not update in real-time, which may result in an order needing to be canceled if the product is out of stock at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right for stock shortages and any pricing errors that may occur. If an item you have ordered is out of stock or if the delivery is delayed, we will notify you via email within 1–3 days. Contact us if you wish to cancel a backordered item or if you have questions regarding delivery times.

Returns and Complaints

We offer a 90-day open purchase policy.

Damages to the product should be reported immediately upon receipt. For complaints, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in the best way.

The Consumer Sales Act applies to all private customers, and you have a 3-year right to complain about original defects.

Delivery Terms

The delivery time for each product is stated in the product description. For in-stock items, handling time is 0–2 business days and transit time is 4–9 days, while some products may take longer. For special order items, the delivery time i can be longer. If a longer delivery time occurs for your order, you will be notified via email or phone.

If the products you order have different delivery times and you wish to receive items with shorter delivery times first, we recommend placing separate orders. In case of delays, we will inform you via email. We reserve the right for stock shortages and any pricing errors on the website.

Please note! During major campaigns or holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual due to high demand on carriers, which is not unique to our store.

The preliminary delivery times are stated on the website. For more accurate information on delivery times for specific products, please contact us via the Contact Us page on our website.

We deliver orders via DB Schenker, Budbee, Yun Express, UPS, and others, but we do not take financial responsibility for delays caused by the shipping companies.

In case of delays exceeding the promised delivery time, you have the right to cancel the purchase at no extra cost.

Delivery is made from our warehouse to the delivery address you provided at the time of ordering. The shipment is delivered to a pickup point, and our suppliers reserve the right to choose the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure that the specified delivery address is correct and that you are reachable at the time of delivery. The risk for the item passes to you as the buyer upon receipt.

If you do not collect your shipment before it is returned to us (approximately 14 days for packages), a handling fee may be charged.

For returns, a 14-day open purchase applies in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. See our return policy for detailed instructions on how to return items.
